Our passionate team of occupational therapists, early intervention educators, and OT assistants is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages. Whether you’re preparing for your first visit or seeking funding guidance, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
YOU CAN MAKE A REFERRAL IN A FEW DIFFERENT WAYS:
Call 0456 811 825 for our Client Engagement Team, who can take your details over the phone.
Ask your GP, Support Coordinator, Nurse Navigator, or another support person to complete the form on your behalf.
Self-refer at any time. If you’re an NDIS participant or self-funding your appointments, no referral form is required.
Please note that we often have a waitlist, and it can be difficult to provide accurate estimates on wait times. We encourage you to leave your details so we can contact you if a cancellation becomes available.
